§ Mr. Trippier[holding answer 29 November 1988]: My Department received a number of such representations 283W earlier this year. We therefore welcomed the initiative taken by my hon. Friend the Member for Fylde (Mr. Jack) in setting up a working party with representatives of the retirement housing industry and consumer interests; I hope their code of practice for the industry will be completed and available soon.
