§ Mr. EggarThere are no "direct talks" with Argentina on the future of the Falklands. As my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State explained to the hon. Member for Workington (Mr. Campbell-Savours), the Argentine Foreign Minister, who is currently Chairman of the United Nations General Assembly, has asked to see our permanent representative to the United Nations, Sir Crispin Tickell.
