Friend, the Secretary of State for Defence, next expects to meet his 231W colleague, the Federal German Defence Minister, at the Eurogroup and Defence Planning Committee ministerial meetings which are due to take place in Brussels between 30 November and 2 December. The two Ministers are likely to discuss a wide range of defence and security matters of mutual interest.
