§ Mr. SainsburyThere was no specific valuation placed on the intellectual property rights associated with the sale of Royal Ordnance plc. The sale was made on the basis of the price offered by the highest bidder for the whole enterprise, including the IPR. Such rights are not individually distinct and include sub items and overlapping rights and for that reason it is not possible to assign a meaningful number to the rights transferred.
