§ Mr. EggarOn 1 July the Gibraltar Attorney-General agreed with Mr. Douglas Celecia to pay £10,000 in full and final settlement of an action commenced against the Gibraltar Commissioner of Police in the Supreme Court of Gibraltar claiming damages for the removal of 15 exposures of film taken possession of by the Gibraltar police. The 15 exposures identified members of the security forces involved in the shooting of the IRA terrorists. The Crown in Gibraltar retained copyright in the 15 exposures until the end of the inquest.
