On 31 March 1988, the latest date for which we have figures, six patients were on the Newcastle district health authority geriatric medicine in-patient waiting list. We do not have figures for the number of patients awaiting admission to residential homes. The hon. Member may wish to consider requesting other information from the health and local authorities concerned.
