§ Mr. Peter BottomleyIn accordance with the regulations, a draft of the report has been sent by the air accident investigation branch, in confidence, to those persons whose reputations might be adversely affected by it, to give them an opportunity to make representations to the inspector.
The Chief Inspector of Accidents expects to present the report to the Secretary of State by early in the new year. The report should be published a few weeks thereafter, provided there is no review board requested by affected persons.
