§ Mr. TrippierAs announced on 20 April, the Department carried out consultancy studies into the scope for housing development on five large areas of east London. The consultants have now reported. We are considering in the light of their findings what action the Government might take to facilitate housing development in the study areas. Copies of the consultants' report have been placed in the Library of the House.
