To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many pensioners made applications to the social fund from 11 April to 31 October at each of the social security offices in Downpatrick, Newcastle, Kilkeel, Ballynahinch, Newry and Banbridge; and how many were(a) approved and (b) rejected.

The information can be provided only in relation to applicants aged 60 and over and is as follows:
