§ Mr. GristThe paediatric cardiac unit currently under construction at the University hospital of Wales, Cardiff, is planned to provide a cardiology service for children of all ages. A comprehensive paediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery service will be developed over time at a pace to be kept under review by the Welsh medical committee.
