To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what costs have been incurred in each of the last 10 years in respect of the printing and publishing of(a) civil legal aid forms and (b) criminal legal aid forms, encompassing forms used for the purposes of making applications for legal aid, and also those forms used by solicitors for the purposes of submitting accounts.
