§ Mr. RyderThe intervention board has succeeded in restoring reasonable payment times for over 70 per cent. of claims by value. The board continues to take all possible steps to restore reasonable payment times for all claims and has set up an additional processing unit in Newcastle. Meanwhile payments are being made under the compensation scheme announced in July.
