To ask the Secretary of State for Employment whether the bridging allowance payable to 16 or 17-year-olds awaiting a YTS place is assessed on a five-day, six-day or seven-day weekly period.

YTS bridging allowance is paid for a five-day period, Monday to Friday.

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many people in each travel-to-work area were in receipt of the YTS bridging allowance on 4 November.
