Whether they will set the date on which British Nuclear Fuels plc were granted a licence under the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 allowing them to place a discharge pipe running from their plant at Sellafield to discharge low activity effluent from the Sellafield site into the sea, in respect of the plastic pipe constructed by British Nuclear Fuels plc in June 1987.
§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Baroness Trumpington)A licence was granted to British Nuclear Fuels plc under Part II of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 on 25th June 1987.
