§ Mr. Chris PattenWe have made limited cash donations to both India and Pakistan to provide immediate relief, and stand ready to help with rehabilitation. It is our general policy to respond to specific requests for disaster relief, and neither Government have made an international appeal for help.
370WThe British Red Cross Society is happy to channel any suitable contributions for flood victims to the Indian Red Cross or Pakistan Red Crescent.
