To ask the Attorney-General what steps the Director of Public Prosecutions proposes to take following the ruling in the Queen's Bench Divisional Court in the matter of the Representation of the People Act 1983 and of the parliamentary election for the constituency of Kensington held on 14 July 1988, Hobsonv. Fishburn before Lord Justice Lloyd and Mr. Justice Nolan on 28 October 1988; and if he will make a statement.
