§ Mr. HeddleTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the chief constable of the West Midlands police as to whether he intends to take action under the Obscene Publications Act to seek to prevent the public release, broadcast or playing of a recording entitled, "Let's take a trip", by a group known as Children of the Night, on the grounds that it is likely to corrupt or deprave young persons by extolling the hallucinatory properties of the drug ecstasy.
