§ Mr. MellorWe are seeking constantly to refine the information collected in the course of the National Health Service planning and review process and the data available to monitor social services provision. The proposals for further improvements in monitoring community care plans at the local level in Sir Roy Griffiths' report are being considered along with his other recommendations.
