Members of this House who visit Chile are given every opportunity to meet opposition leaders, many of whom have visited the United Kingdom in the last few years as guests of Her Majesty's Government. Sr. Ricardo Lagos, leader of the Partido Por la Demoracia (PPD), will visit the United Kingdom later this month at the invitation of Her Majesty's Government.
