§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe Ministry of Defence is conducting a programme of basic applied research relating to low observable air systems. This programme is aimed at understanding the techniques and technologies involved, with a view to the application to future generations of fixed wing aircraft, air-launched weapons, helicopters and unmanned aircraft.
303WThere are no plans to introduce stealth aircraft into RAF service in the near future. It is not our practice to comment on the plans of other NATO air forces.
