§ Mr. GristIt is not practicable at the moment to distinguish separately community psychiatric nurses (mental illness) at the district health authority level. However the figure for all Wales is 6.3 nurses (whole-time equivalents) per 100,000 population.
District health authorities are, in conjunction with my officials, currently improving coding procedures to enable information on these nurses to be obtained in future.
