To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what representations he has received seeking the repeal of the Payments for Debt (Emergency Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1971.

In the last year there have been a number of questions on this subject from hon. Members and a letter from Derry city council.

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he has recently met with groups seeking a repeal of the Payments for Debt (Emergency Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1971.
