To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he has received the report of the public inquiry held in Barnstaple on 7 June relating to Barnstaple town centre redevelopment; and when he expects to announce his decision.

The inspector's report has been received. It is being considered by my right hon. Friend and he will announce his decision as soon as possible.
