§ Mr. Brooke[holding answer 8 November 1988]: I assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the intergovernmental agreement (IGA) to provide supplementary finance for the 1988 budget. The autumn statement projection of our net payments to Community institutions in 1988–89 includes our contributions to the IGA.
