Mr. McGrady

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) what percentage of the educational budget has been allocated to children with special educational needs in each of the years 1980–81 to 1988–89, inclusive;

(2) what percentage of the educational budget has been allocated to children with special educational needs in each of the years 1980–81 to 1987–88, inclusive.
