§ Mr. Michael Spicer[holding answer 26 October 1988]: I refer the hon. Member to the answer given by my hon. Friend the Member for Eddisbury (Mr. Goodlad) on 18 February 1987 at column 635. This covered all exports of plutonium other than in gram quantities to the destinations mentioned by the hon. Member. The total amount of such exports between May 1979 and March 1988 was 2,960 kg.
