Dr. ThomasTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy whether he intends to discuss any security implications with the European Commission following the announcement by Commissioner Mosar to the European Parliament on 26 October that Euratom will publish henceforth an annual safeguards report for public distribution; and how publication of this report will effect confidentiality agreements contained in current Euratom United Kingdom safeguard treaties.
