§ Mr. LeeOn Wednesday 2 November, my right hon. Friend issued the results of a survey into unemployment in the London area. At the same time, my right hon. Friend announced a package of measures designed to redress the imbalance which the survey revealed between the number of people claiming unemployment benefit and the number of unfilled vacancies. These measures include the creation of a new team of investigators to work exclusively in inner London.
