§ Mr. NichollsAt 30 September 1988 there were 9,984 filled community programme places with agents and sponsors that had not moved forward into employment training. It is not possible to say how many other people remaining on community programme terms and conditions, but receiving training and work experience with ET training managers, are still with their old employers under their old contracts.
