§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyThe virus affecting seals around parts of the coasts of the United Kingdom has only been identified provisionally as being of the Morbilli family, which includes rinderpest and canine distemper virus. We are not aware of any reports that otters have been found suffering from this disease.
