§ Mr. MaudeThe council of Lloyd's has recently announced its decisions on the subjects considered in the working group report on underwriting agency agreements. These implement a further 11 recommendations of the Neill report, and I welcome this further progress. It is not the practice to make public correspondence between Lloyd's and the Department.
