To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will list the latest available figures for unemployment in each parliamentary constituency and in each electoral ward in Northern Ireland.

[holding answer 1 November 1988]: The numbers of unemployed claimants in each parliamentary constituency in Northern Ireland at 8 September 1988 are set out in the table. Since there are 566 wards in Northern Ireland I shall write to the hon. Member giving September unemployment figures for each electoral ward.
