§ Mr. Michael SpicerMy right hon. Friend is considering the representations he has received about the CEGB's application for consent to construct this station. However, I understand that discussions are also continuing between the relevant local planning authorities and the CEGB about some matters concerning the construction and operation of the station. My right hon. Friend will wish to take account of the outcome of these discussions in reaching any decisions on the application.
