§ Mr. GristI have received two applications for urban aid for 1989–90 in the Dwyfor area, both of which are valid for consideration within the scope of the urban programme. These are:
- (i) Provision of changing facilities and clubhouse at the Traeth sports fields, Porthmadog. £100,000 capital costs.
- (ii) Preseli harbour—provision of workshops and harbour master's office. £156,500 capital costs.
I am careful to ensure that the comparative needs of all local authorities are given serious consideration.
