§ Mr. HurdNo such cases are before the European Court of Human Rights. Three cases pending before the European Commission of Human Rights which concern complaints about the Security Service have been communicated to the Government. Proceedings before the commission are confidential and the Government are not at liberty to disclose its pleadings.
