§ Mr. Baldry
To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what is the Government's response to the legislative changes proposed in the report by the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission on the "Sale and Supply of Goods" (Cmnd. 137).

§ Mr. Forth
The Government accept the Commissions' proposals, subject to minor clarifying amendments, and will seek an appropriate legislative opportunity to give them effect.
