§ Mr. FreemanA redevelopment study of Norton Manor camp is currently in progress and is expected to be completed in mid-1989. This study will produce a development plan for the establishment which will include proposals to modernise its facilities where necessary.

§ Mr. FreemanCapital expenditure on works services at Norton Manor camp approved over the last five years has been as follows:
