§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe have recently received a number of representations from licensed victuallers and members of the public in support of local and national identity card schemes for young people. I am aware of a number of such voluntary schemes for young people around the country which are led and financed by local licensees or by the Licensed Victuallers Association. I am pleased to see licensees taking the lead in initiatives of this kind.
