Canadian Labatt lager is brewed in the United Kingdom by several United Kingdom brewers. Such licensing arrangements as exist are purely commercial between the companies concerned and the Canadian company and I am not aware of their terms. I understand that similar arrangements apply in Canada, although I am not aware of any specific cases involving a United Kingdom brewer.
