§ Mr. WigleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the local authorities in Wales which are allocated funds or loan sanction for this financial year to enable them to purchase houses from the private sector in their areas, where such houses might otherwise be 669W purchased from outside the area, in order to let them to local people seeking rented accomodation; and if he will indicate the resources available this year to each such authority.
