§ Mr. Salmond
To ask the Prime Minister if, in respect of each meeting of the European Council of Ministers over the last 12 months, she will state which Departments were represented and at what ministerial and official level and if she will specify separately at which meetings both the Scottish Office and other Departments were represented.

§ The Prime Minister
The United Kingdom delegation to meetings of the European Council represents the Government of the United Kingdom as a whole.
