(2) if he will make a statement on the implications of outstationing work on processing claims for the future of the Lewisham inner London office and the Greenwich park inner London office.
§ Mr. Peter LloydWe are making detailed plans to implement the proposal, made in the "Business of Service" report published in June 1988, that work not requiring face-to-face contact with the public should be relocated from some hard-presed London offices. Officials have fully consulted trade union side representatives at all stages. We hope to be making an announcement setting out our plans in the reasonably near future.
