(2) what types of land, urban, rural and mountain, are in Welsh water authority ownership in Wales and England;
(3) what estimate he has of the value of land in Welsh water authority ownership;
(4) how much land is in Welsh water authority ownership (a) with outline planning permission, (b) with planning permission or (c) currently submitted to local authorities for planning permission.
