To ask the Minister for the Arts if he will make a statement on his recent visit to Liverpool.

I visited Liverpool on 24 May to attend the official opening of the Tate gallery of the north. This

privatization proceeds and other capital recipts. Figures on the same definition for the years 1979–80 to 1981–82 are not readily available.
