§ Mr. GummerThe rates of hill livestock compensatory allowances payable in both the "severely disadvantaged" and marginal "disadvantaged" areas of the United Kingdom are set taking account of the severity of the permanent natural handicap. They will be examined later this year as part of the regular autumn review of the economic conditions in the hills and uplands.
