§ Mr. NichollsThe date of the last visit to Penlee quarry by a mines and quarries inspector prior to 28 January 1987 was on 5 January 1987. This visit was to deal with a matter relating to the security of stockpiles. The inspector did not deal with any other matters during that visit.
