HC Deb 26 May 1988 vol 134 c286W
Mr. Tony Banks

To ask the Attorney-General how many possible prosecutions of persons for alleged offences involving football hooliganism are currently outstanding.

The Attorney-General

It is not practicable to enumerate the number of possible prosecutions of persons for alleged offences involving football hooligans which are currently outstanding. The Crown Prosecution Service does not keep separate figures for prosecutions which have been brought against persons following incidents at or in the vicinity of football matches. Such information could be made available only at disproportionate cost.
