Whether, following the recent victories by the Eritrean People's Liberation Front (EPLF) and the Tigré People's Liberation Front (TPLF) over the armed forces of the Derg, and the large increase in area controlled by the EPLF and TPLF, they will now allocate substantial aid to agencies working in the liberated areas.
