§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe aggregate external financing limit (EFL) for the electricity supply industry in England and Wales is published in the annual public expenditure White Paper. The table shows (i) the initial forecast of the EFL taking no account of agreed revisions during the year and (ii) the outturn. The EFL is set for the industry as a whole; and the required contribution by individual boards is a matter for the industry. The actual contributions by boards are stated in their annual reports and accounts.
