§ Mr. FreemanThe estimated costs of producing "British Defence Policy 1988–89" were approximately £69,000; 80,000 copies of the booklet have been printed initially, for issues free of charge to Members of Parliament, peers, journalists, foreign defence attaches and advisers, diplomatic posts abroad, officials and members of the armed forces, recruits to the services and members of the public who request it.
